1. Refund Eligibility

At Nirva Yoga, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our wellness services. Due to the nature of our digital and in-person offerings, our refund eligibility varies by service type.

2. Cancellation of Private & Group Sessions

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a private or group yoga session. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

3. Digital Services & Online Memberships

For our digital services, including on-demand video libraries and online monthly memberships, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, please contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, digital subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future billing.

4. Retreats and Workshops

Refunds for special events, retreats, and workshops are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of booking. Generally, a non-refundable deposit is required, and full payment is non-refundable within 30 days of the event.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
